Utilizing the Roll Model Method, Gina Tai will teach you how to do self myofascial release (self-massage) using specially designed balls to release tension, improve mobility, increase circulation, and feel better in your body. These classes are set up as a series once a week with each class focusing on a different area of the body:

Wednesday, September 18th - Class 1: Feet and Lower Legs
Wednesday, September 25th - Class 2: Shoulders and Upper Back
Wednesday, October 2nd - Class 3: Hips and Upper Legs
Wednesday, October 9th - Class 4: Head, Neck and Face

Register for all 4 classes in this series for $80.
Or purchase and individual class for $25 under our "Purchase a Pass" tab.

For these classes you will also need a set of Tune Up Fitness Balls which you can purchase from Gina the day of for $15. She will be in contact with you once you register 😊
