Welcome to The Yoga Room!
We offer yoga classes every week day. Classes are generally 60 minutes long. During those 60 minutes we practice different yoga postures and/or breathing techniques suitable for all levels. Read about the benefits of yoga on the

Classes are held at 100 W. Racine St. in the lower level of Paull Chiropractic Family Wellness Center.
Please let your instructor know of any pain, injury or special conditions you have so they can safely guide class. And wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in. We have several communal mats available to borrow or bring your own for practice.
If you are coming for the first time please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to get set up and fill out our new member form.
