This is a 60-minute yoga class. The style will be the instructor's choice!
Amie usually sticks with Classic yoga. Classic yoga includes foundational postures and breathwork to guide the practitioner's awareness to his or her current state. Each class is tuned to the needs, wants, and abilities of those in the room at the moment; so elements of beginner, power, vinyasa, flow, yin, restorative etc. may all be included.
Brandi tends to do Flow Yoga. Practice starts and ends with gentle movement and works up to focus on any combination of strength building, balance, and flexibility depending on the situation. Flow generally includes transitioning between any number of postures linked with the inhale or exhale.
Class level is adapted to those present!
